Rupert Murdoch, the 93-year-old media tycoon, has tied the knot for the fifth time. On Saturday, he married Elena Zhukova, a 67-year-old retired Russian biologist, at his Californian vineyard.

The ceremony was a private affair, with only close friends and family in attendance. Murdoch's News Corp confirmed the marriage, saying that the couple had exchanged vows in front of an officiant on the estate.

"I am very happy to confirm that I have married Elena Zhukova," Murdoch said in a statement. "She is the love of my life and I am very grateful to be able to share my life with her."

Zhukova is a retired molecular biologist who previously worked at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. She met Murdoch in 2008, and the couple has been together ever since.

This is Murdoch's fifth marriage. He was previously married to Patricia Booker (1956-1967), Anna Maria Torv (1967-1999), Wendi Deng (1999-2013), and Jerry Hall (2016-2022).

Murdoch's marriage to Zhukova comes as a surprise to many, as he had previously stated that he did not plan to marry again. However, it seems that the media mogul has found true love in his later years.
